Steve Robinson (BA/LLB)
Steve completed a combined degree in Arts and Law at QUT in 1998 and after that undertook Articles of Clerkship, becoming admitted as a lawyer in January 2001. He has enjoyed nearly 20 years in practice on the Sunshine Coast, 9 years of which were in partnership at Buderim.
Steve is happily married to Stacey, Office Administrator and Accounts Manager at Baker Robinson Lawyers, and together they have 4 children. Stacey owns Stacey Robinson Art Studio, located next door at 8/43 Maple Street, Maleny. Steve’s interests include tennis, socialising with family and friends and operating Stacey Robinson Art Studio.
Steve has been described by his clients as relateable, understanding and empathetic. His specialist fields of practice include Property Law focusing on Leasing, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Business Law, Body Corporate matters and Property Development, Strata Titling, Elder Law, Wills (simple and testamentary trust), Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deceased Estate administration including probate applications.
Steve enjoys working with clients and associated service providers to achieve the desired outcome with a minimum of fuss, whilst being approachable, knowledgeable and professional. He is a problem solver and appreciates helping people of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and wider community.
Steve is admitted to practice in the Qld Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Qld Law Society. He is also the honorary solicitor for the Maleny Neighbourhood Centre.
